Information we keep
When you sign in, we keep the Google account identifier, verified email address, and display name supplied through OpenID Connect. We also keep answers, study time, review schedules, and issue reports needed to provide adaptive learning.
How we use it
We use this information for progress sync, adaptive study, recovery after a connection failure, quality improvement, security, and abuse prevention. We do not sell learner personal information.
Google sign-in
Authentication uses Google OpenID Connect. ExamFluency does not store your Google password or Google access token. Signing out does not delete your learning record.
Download and deletion
The account privacy page lets a signed-in learner download their account and learning records. A learner may permanently delete learning history and sign-in identity after explicit confirmation. Active subscriptions must be canceled first. Limited pseudonymous billing and audit records may be retained when legally required.
